I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging of PHILADELPHIA Regular Brick Cream Cheese. Our packaging staff is continuously trying to make packaging that is convenient, and provides the best quality product for you. We select colors and graphics that, when combined, will create packaging that clearly conveys important information, such as product ingredients that communicate the distinct flavor of the product.

I appreciate the time you took to contact us and I'll be sure to share your comments with our packaging design staff.

Additionally, I’m happy to hear that you are pleased with the packaging and flavor of PHILADELPHIA Soft Tub Cream Cheese. Our engineers strive to package our products in a way that will maintain product quality and that is attractive and convenient to use.

Thank you so much for your letter! As the brand manager of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and quite the fan of the product myself, I really appreciate and share your enthusiasm!

I too understand the disappointment one can experience when they’ve already toasted their morning bagel only to find that they’re out of cream cheese – it really can ruin a morning ;) On that note, I’d like to extend a token of my appreciation for your letter and your loyalty. I have 10 gratuity coupons that I’d love to send you.
